Parking

Strict on street parking restrictions will be in place from 08:00hrs throughout the day. Please see the street map below Visitors are requested to comply with the instructions of both event stewards and District Council Traffic Wardens.

Main Car Parks

We have two main car parks for the event although both are but a short walk from the High Street and the main event area at Stag Meadows. Please follow the instructions below:

Additional Car Parks

We are trying to provide additional Car Parking which hopefully will be served by a FREE Park & Ride service. Please keep an eye open for further news on this proposal.

Coming from A449

Please follow the main road into Kinver from the A449 past Dunsley Hall Hotel and  The Vine public house into Mill Lane and then follow the signs. You will be directed up Church Hill.

Please follow the signs to walk back into the village.

Coming from Bridgnorth A458

Turn into Hyde Lane and then turn left into Enville Road. Follow the signs to Brindley Heath Primary School &  Edgecliff High School.

Parking Restrictions

Please note that following problems in 2012 strict controls will be maintained relating to parking in RESIDENTIAL AREAS. Before you park in front of somebodies house, consider the inconvenience this may cause the owner.

Traffic Movement during Road Closure Periods

As a result of of breaches of Road Closure Restrictions in 2012 the Police will strictly enforce any breach of restrictions and Penalty Tickets WILL be issued to offending drivers / vehicles.

Disabled Drivers

Enter the village from the A458/Hyde Lane direction and before you enter the Restricted Area make it known to the marshals that you wish to use disabled parking which will be located close to the centre of events. Stewards will direct you. We are hoping to arrange mobility access from this car park but this is subject to confirmation.

Prices

All Car Parks will be subject to a charge of £5 per vehicle. This charge INCLUDES ONE showground ticket so the effective Parking Charge is just £2.50. Additional showground tickets must be purchased separately.

Adults £2:50 - Children under Twelve Years are admitted FREE.

Times

The car parks are open from 09:00hrs and close at 19.00hrs

YOU MUST LEAVE ALL CAR PARKS BY 19.00hrs

Minibuses

Minibuses may be parked on the designated car parks at a charge of £5 This charge DOES NOT include any showground tickets, which must be purchased separately. Aduls £2:50 - Children under Twelve Years are admitted FREE.

Coaches

We do not have facilities for coaches. You may drop off passengers but you cannot park anywhere in the village.

Motorcycle Parking

Secure & stewarded parking for motorcycles  will be provided in Enville Road just beyond the Road Closure Point. To gain access please use the A458 & Hyde Lane access route. You will then be directed to this parking facility. We regret that we are unable to offer storage facilities for Helmets or Riding Gear.

Bicycles

A secure location for leaving your bikes will be provided in Enville Road just beyond the Road Closure Point.  Don’t forget to bring your own padlock. We regret that we are unable to offer storage facilities for Helmets or riding gear.

Public Transport

Hanson’s Buses have provided an hourly service from Stourbridge Bus Station terminating at Edgecliff School roundabout.

There is a regular train service from Birmingham Snow Hill and from Worcester to Stourbridge Junction & Stourbridge Town Stations to connect with the bus.   The bus timetable can be found here
